Caps Rookie Camp Starts Tomorrow

  The Caps rookies are in town and they start their camp tomorrow. The camp runs till next Tuesday Sept. 16th when the rookies go up to Philadelphia to play the Flyers rookies in a scrimmage.  Here is the roster for this years rookie camp:
