Weber is a UFA at the end of the season, and the Sabres will be retaining half of his contract which is only 2 million dollars. In 35 games he had a goal and 4 assists with a plus 3 rating. I am not sure where Weber will fit in, it could be for depth or he could be plugged in. I am not sure what to think of this but I think he may take Orlov's spot because he is more of a veteran. It will be interesting to see how Trotz uses him.
