Caps Resign RFA Garrett Mitchell

The Caps made their first signing of the offseason. Resigning Hershey Assistant Capitain Garrett Mitchell to a two-year two way contract. 

  Also another Hershey free agent Tin Kennedy has signed with a team in the KHL. I will post about the Caps free agents soon as July 1st approaches.
