Caps resign Nate Schmidt to Two-Year Contract

 The Caps made another resigning bringing back defenseman Nate Schmidt to a two year one way contract. This paves the way for Schmidt to be a full time Cap next season. 

  It appears Schmidt and Dimitry Orlov will be slated to be the Caps third defense pair next season. In my opinion it is still unlikely that Mike Green returns. 

  Stay tuned, the Caps still have more resignings to make. First will be Holtby, Kuznesov, and Johansson. Also they would like to bring back Stan Galiev, Chris Brown, and Cameron Schilling. We will see what happens.
