Caps acquire Curtis Glenncross from Calgary for a 2nd and 3rd round draft pick

 Caps GM Brian MacLellan has been a busy man this weekend as the Caps continue to load up for the playoffs. The Caps were linked to Glenncross and just a few minutes ago made the deal.

My Thoughts:

*The Caps did not give up a lot in my opinion to get a guy who will be a solid forward to put with Alex Ovechkin and Nick Backstrom.

*Glenncross has 9 goals and 19 assists in 53 games this year but is also a plus player and his numbers should go up playing with the the big guns.

*The Caps still have another roster spot open as well so stay tuned as I here the Caps may be in on Erik Cole too.

*Overall the Caps are trying hard to improve for the playoffs, and so far so good in my opinion.
